What’s Not to Love?

Anyone with a sewing machine and a pile of old clothes can slap something together and call it an outfit.

Yes, we too are over the craft-a-thon.

But we love Preloved. The Canadian line of dresses, tops, and bottoms is created from reclaimed vintage fabric. And there’s nothing crunchy about the designs.

We can’t decide which we heart more: the gray herringbone tank dress with an empire waist and contrasting, embroidered top or the trench dress in navy or green twill. Both have nice lines and a flattering fit. There is also a run of pin-striped skirts that almost makes us wish we had an office job. The sewn-together tops remind us of brightly colored OP shirts from the ’80s.

All will suit the arty and crafty alike.

Without paying homage to home ec.
