If you had your way, you’d float away on a fluffy white nimbus made of ice cream and hot boys.

Since we live in boring reality, we suggest getting a container of Phluff instead.

The concoction, made by Betty’s Speakeasy, is a tasty melange of local, organic, and fair trade ingredients that will make your next peanut butter sandwich sing.

Primarily sugar and egg whites, the stuff also has local honey, organic powdered vanilla beans, and barley malt syrup (for that nutty, buttery taste). You can choose from original flavor (scrumptious) or raspberry (heartbreakingly good). Use it on coffee or hot chocolate, toast it atop a dessert for a dreamy crème brulee effect or save it till November to spread over yams.

It’s even fat free.
