Why: It’s better than trick-or-treating.

Thriller Dance Class
What: Join the folks at Society Hill Dance Academy to learn the infamous Thriller moves. Feel free to dress the part and get ready to break a sweat.

Oyster Stout
What: Flying Fish presents the newest addition to its Exit beers, with local mollusks in the brew. It tastes a little oceany, a little creamy, and is on tap at Oyster House until it runs out.
Why: Really. It’s good.

Making Time Halloween
What: The annual dance party is back, this year with Simian Mobile Disco and Dave Pak, Mike Z, and the rest of the DJ gang bringing you a ghoulishly good time.
Why: It’s no longer at sketchy old Transit.
