Time to put down the screwdriver and head to Chestnut Hill’s new Roots Inc.

The quaint home decor store is stocked with all the nuts and bolts you need to take your pad from drab to dashing. It’s the grown-up answer to your decorating dilemma. Shop whimsical shadow boxes filled with rare bugs and kooky-cool papier-mâché animal heads. Big-ticket items include custom tables made of recycled materials by Groundworks.

Roots is also a great place to scoop up last-minute gifts like candles and jewelry that will please everyone from your clients to your BFF.
