Designer Jun Aizaki used natural wood for a sleek vibe with whimsical touches like a painted/wallpapered ceiling and a giant, papier-mâché fish light fixture (it’s still festive, just no longer filthy).

Sushi is the name of the game with Hiroyuki Tanaka at the helm. The specialty roll selection changes daily, depending on what’s fresh. And exclusive Coedo beer in dark, wheat, and sweet potato varieties is available for sipping.
