Get Physical
Your desire to exercise is hiding under layers of eggnog and apple pie. Let the trainers at Fusion Cross Training dig it out during their intense ten-week boot camp. Starting January 11, they’ll lead your group through cardio, strength, and stretching exercises three to five times a week — and provide you with tons of nutrition tips along the way.

Get Motivated
You’ve sworn to finally follow your dreams; problem is, you’re not quite sure what they are. Helen Richardson of Career Consciousness is all about making the daily grind less grinding and can help inspire a job change or reignite a fire under your current career.

Get Cooking
This is the year you finally wean yourself off takeout. Kitchen coach Ali Waks (215-755-0560) will start from scratch: teaching you to stock your pantry, prepare meals using local ingredients, and make shopping lists. She’ll come over, assess your sitch, and do whatever it takes to make sure your kitchen is five-star-meal ready.

Get Bendy
