The bilevel U City restaurant is an explosion of bright pinks, purples, greens, and light-board menus. The guacamole, ceviche hiramasa (yellowtail, habanero orange sauce, sangrita sorbet, and mint), granada ensalada (pomegranate, jicama, honeydew, oranges, pepitas, and lemon vinaigrette), and rabbit mole make us slobber. The bar stocks more than 130 tequilas.
