The bi-level U City restaurant is an explosion of bright pinks, purples, greens, and lightboard menus. The guacamole, ceviche Veracruz (snapper, olives, black olive oil), jicama ensalada (orange, watermelon, avocado, pepita), and rabbit mole make us slobber. The bar stocks more than 60 tequilas.
