A. The highest form of sweet-talking.
B. The best thing to happen to your bikini line in a long time.
C. Screwing someone over, a la Jerry Maguire.
Explanation: When it comes to hair removal, sugaring, now offered at Cow Hollow waxing favorite Habit, is always a good solution.
It’s best for areas that normally experience irritation (bikini line, pits) because it doesn’t pull on the skin and can actually help reduce regrowth.
The process is simple. Just ask any of the aestheticians (though we particularly liked Amy Ephraim, a certified international trainer for Alexandria Professional), and she’ll apply a thick, sticky paste made of just sugar, lemon, and water to any area with unwanted fuzz and then flick it off to remove the hair the way it grows naturally.
A post-treatment Hungarian mud mask soothes, and though sugaring isn’t painless, the results are smooth skin that’s free of bumps and ingrowns.
So you can be prepared for anything.
Available at Habit, 3212 Fillmore Street, between Greenwich and Lombard Streets (415-931-3165 or waxhabit.com), $20-$100.
