The complexities of raising a modern family terrify us. Especially since we’re struggling with basics like remembering to brush their teeth.
Which is why we marvel at the simplicity of the MD-20 TrueModern Playhouse, an abode that makes modern living look easy. Designed by Modular Dwellings’s Edgar Blazona, it showcases many of the same architectural features as his sleek structures for grown-ups: corner windows, natural light and air cross flow (four of the eleven windows and painted ply panels pop open), and custom configurability.
Built in a Greenguard-certified factory, the pad houses an all-purpose room with two oversize, wall-mounted drawing tablets. Home office, grocery store, or rocket ship control center? Let the kids decide.
Best part: Assembly takes less than two hours and requires only an Allen wrench and drill adaptor.
It doesn’t get any easier than that.
Available online at truemodern.com, $1,350.
