Fifth Floor Cocktails
What: Bartender Brian Means (Zero Zero) launches his first list, with complex yet accessible libations. Try the cinnamony Boston Tea Party; Commodore’s cocktail bubble (a.k.a. adult gusher); or Sparrows in the City (above), a riff on the classic pink lady made with pisco and topped with egg whites and a pretty little birdie from atomized bitters.
