A Temporary Offering Transforms Market

Pop-up restaurant, bar, and retail shop

a temporary offering!

Since Instagram, you’ve gone from somewhat sidetracked to full-blown ADD (app distraction disorder).

Find an attention-grabbing fix at A Temporary Offering, a trio of pop-up venues from SF standouts transforming a decrepit mid-Market block into an urban destination.

Nestled in the ground floor of the Renoir Hotel, the menage a trois starts with Trailhead: part espresso bar/part Holy Stitch denim boutique, seedling farm outlet for the Tenderloin National Forest, and artisan goods purveyor.

Foodlab, a restaurant from the eponymous pop-up darlings, serves rotating fare from cult eateries (Sol Food’s Puerto Rican cuisine, Onigilly’s Japanese rice balls). The dinner bell brings chefs from the likes of Harley Richter Meats and Fawaffle.

The Bon Vivants’ Rio Grande, an ephemeral bar, serves only bourbon and tequila cocktails with a funky Southern U.S.-meets-Mexico vibe.

The end date is TBD, so make sure you take it all in.

An experience like this is worth a thousand filtered pictures.
