Crane & Canopy Bedding Cuts Corners

Fake it 'til you make it

crane & canopy!

We make the bed before work. Right after we work out and before we sit down with drip coffee and the paper.

Who are we kidding? Cheat your way to boudoir tidiness with the two-tone duvet cover from Crane & Canopy’s new SF-based bedding collection.

Meant to mimic the (to our mind) unnecessary flat sheet, it adds layers without fuss. The genius design includes a hidden, easy-zip closure near the middle (good-bye stuffing wars from the bottom) and corner ties that fasten the cover to the duvet itself.

Inspired by local neighborhoods, the company’s clean patterns are created in-house. We’d like to curl up under the Ashbury’s yellow paisley flowers on a gray background or the Marina’s cool bay blue embroidered with white waves.

Just as soon as we arrange these fresh flowers.

Available at craneandcanopy.com, $99-$129.
