Go Glam or Go Home in Rosa Clandestino

Designer Silvia Arguello knows what looks good on you

rosa clandestino!

Italians: Must they always look like a million bucks?

Dress the part with new-to-the-states label Rosa Clandestino.

Fledgling designer (and former Fashion Star contestant) Silvia Argüello picked up an education in Paris, Milan, and under Emanuel Ungaro before launching the sartorial line named after a made-up muse with riviera breeding and American spunk.

Floral-print crepe de chine coats; dressy silk jumpsuits in cobalt, cream, and black; and subtly plunging necklines toe the line between street style pro and glam socialite.

Timeless staples include pleated skirts; bias-hemmed riding coats; and sheer, boxy blouses sprinkled with rosettes; shoulder pins and hats belie their modest price points (the grosgrain and lace Hemingway fedora tops out at $110).

So you can go Eur-own way.

Available at
rosaclandestinoshop.com, $100-$1,000.
