Bliss Spa Opens

What’s your idea of bliss?

Brushing your teeth? Filing your nails? Combing your hair?

Not exactly. But if you had to go a day without those things, you might change your mind.

This week, the about-to-open Bliss Spa in the W Hotel gives you a chance to help women in need. Bring in basic hygiene products (new ones, only, please) between now and Friday (9 a.m.-9 p.m.), and they’ll be donated to local women’s shelters.

In return, you’ll get a free tube of Bliss’s new Naked body butter and a glimpse of the 5,000-square-foot haven, which opens July 11 (and is already scheduling appointments), complete with an outdoor terrace, mani-pedi lounge, outrageous treatments, and Citizen Cake brownies.

Of course, Bliss is about more than just the basics, so the spa is also hosting a day of pampering for the recipients of your generosity on July 8.

It’s nice to know that everyone in San Fran will get to experience the joys of indulgence.
