Recipe: Successful Dinner Party
Ingredients:
1. Whatever your little heart desires.
2. You, far away from the oven.
3. Chef Jeremy Moran (a James Beard Award winner) in your kitchen.
Instructions:
1. Invite two to twenty interesting people. (Good company is key.)
2. Consult with chef Moran to determine a menu that suits your taste and budget, whether that’s gourmet, fine dining, or comfort food. Anything from a multi-course meal (blinis with caviar, smoked duck, poached lobster, and espresso chocolate cake) to a smorgasbord of starters (roasted veggie crudités, beef negimaki, and mini quesadillas) to a simple dinner (acorn squash custard, roasted cod with savoy cabbage and white beans, and maple mascarpone cheesecake) is fair game.
3. For a hands-on affair, invite the gang over early for a cooking class.
4. Or leave all the work to the pro and sip cocktails with your pals as he performs his magic.
5. Open a fantastic bottle of wine and enjoy the culinary coup.
