You can justify almost anything. Went to the gym? You deserve a ginormous slice of red velvet cake. Worked a little overtime? You earned that Birkin.

Jeremy Cheung understands your way of thinking, which is why you’ll love working out with him. Your private training session goes something like this: dynamic stretching, work nonvanity muscles, strengthen the core through circuit training, and end with a fifteen-minute stressage.

That’s right, every session ends with a combination of assisted stretching and massage, which brings muscles back to their natural state so they can regenerate. He considers it a remedy to tissue trauma, but we prefer to think of it as a quarter-hour of pure bliss. (And, frankly, it doesn’t hurt that he’s easy on the eyes.)

You can head to APEX Wellness in the Financial District for the whole experience (no gym membership required). Or, for ten bucks more, he’ll come to your house (if you have sufficient space) and dazzle you with his prowess.
