Each toilet is rated by cleanliness. Hygiene freaks can set preferences so future results contain just loos with high standards. The little lady knows which bathrooms have diaper-changing stations and which are reserved for paying patrons. She even checks business hours and tells you only about places that are open at the time of your query.
