In the bright, loft-like space they do Pilates, yoga, and personal training, along with mind-body treatments and massage. Also on offer: four-, six- and eight-week intensive programs wherein a team of health, fitness, and wellness practitioners work together to revamp your body through Ayurveda, movement sessions, Thai bodywork, and nutritional counseling.
