Equipped with tradition, tools, and ingredients, Klein serves up hands-on lessons in mixing, shaping, and baking yeasty deliciousness. On the menu: crusty sourdough loaves, herb-filled focaccias, crispy crackers, and bagels. With fifteen years of experience under her apron, she ensures that all participants get a bun in the oven (literally).

Call up a posse of ten to twelve pals and prep your kitchen for serious flour power. Three hours later, all party people roll with recipes, loads of loaves, and full bellies. Feel free to exclude Atkins freaks from the invite list.
