Formulated by former pro ballerina and Pilates instructor Jennifer Williams, the technique uses intense isometric holds; small, concentrated strengthening movements; and deep stretches for maximum muscle sculptage, promising better abs, arms, legs, and buns after just a few sessions.

Classes go on seven days a week at the new studio (which features a fancy sound system, sprung dance floors, and ecofriendly mats) and are capped at fifteen people to ensure everyone gets the personal attention they need.
