1 seasoned Italian chef, Anna Hadley
Minimum 6 friends or colleagues
1 prime location
3-4 hours
1 heaping tbsp. positive attitude
1 theme, optional (i.e., Iron Chef competition or Bon Voyage, a culture-/cuisine-specific class)
BYO favorite, optional (oz. may vary)

1. Select venue.

2. Invite friends for lunch or dinner.

3. Arrive. Snack on preclass apps.

4. Break into teams and get recipes from Hadley. Review and ask questions.

5. Prepare courses (risotto, Brussels sprouts with truffle oil, herb-crusted sea bass with cilantro, beef braciole) under Hadley’s supervision. Feel free to have fun.

6. Be seated. Feast.
