Some things go without saying: A little goes a long way.
But the culinary badasses behind Farmerbrown have us chattering anyway, with new Farmerbrown’s Little Skillet. The wee takeout window next to 330 Ritch in the SOMA alley dishes comfort food on par with that of its big bro.
Walk right up and score classic Southern fare like fried chicken and Belgian waffles with seasonal fruit compotes, pulled pork po’ boys, biscuit sammies, BLT salads, fries, and waffle dogs. Quench your thirst with house-made lemonade, sweet tea, or Prince Neville’s ginger beer.
An interior window will be open during club hours, in case you get the munchies on a boozy night.
Which is hardly small potatoes.
Farmerbrown’s Little Skillet, 360 Ritch Street, between Brannan and Townsend Streets (415-777-2777 or littleskilletsf.com).
