Meth labs, FUPAs, and kissing cousins aside, you’re intrigued by trailer living.

And we ain’t talkin’ ’bout no double-wide.

Vintage Airstreams, actually. Kristiana Spaulding started fixing up old trailers to sell, but once she finished, she couldn’t part with her prized possessions, so she’s renting them out instead.

Six beauties have been restyled with a clean, modern look, making them ideal “tents” for noncampers. Here’s how it works: Spaulding tows the trailer and sets up camp, complete with outdoor stove, at Coloma Resort campgrounds (about two hours east of San Fran). You just show up, enjoy the outdoors, and get a restful night’s sleep safe inside.

There’s a four-day minimum, but that’s not even enough time to partake in all the activities (think white water rafting, tubing, hiking, yoga, ropes course, and even massage and gold panning) offered on the grounds.
