Terms of Lease

Parties: The owners of Minx and Amber Lounge (previous tenant).

Use Clause: The Residence shall be a new cozy-chic watering hole just off Duboce Triangle.

Start Date: Opens Saturday night.

Premises Clause: A petite spot decked out with jewel-tone fabrics, dark wood paneling along the bar, and a plush seating area. The amalgamation resembles the home of your friend who’s been to New Orleans, Argentina, and Tokyo — in the last year.

Exclusives: Fresh takes on classic cocktails, like the intoxicating, French Quarter-inspired Sazerac (Russell’s Reserve Rye, Kübler absinthe, bitters) or the Jalisco en Fuego (tequila, Canton ginger liqueur, chili flakes, lemon).
