Ebb & Flow Opens

You’ve got a closetful of couture, but you’re a denim fanatic at heart.

Which is exactly why you should wade over to Ebb & Flow, a new casual seafood joint opening in the Mission on Wednesday.

Though the fish is fresh, sustainable, and local whenever possible, the menu steers clear of fancy preparations.

You’ll find dressed-down classics all day (crab rolls, oyster po’ boys, Caesar salads with shaved bottarga). Dinner sees four or five affordable nightly specials, like a playful grilled sea bass with house-made Rice-a-Roni. Lap it all up with Belgian-style ales and organic vinos.

The interior gets a decidedly nautical spin from blue and white walls, a tiled bar, and a giant fishing chart of the SF Bay.

As for the dress code?

Blue jeans, baby.
