Outer beauty? Ain’t no thing — with the right aesthetician, mani/pedi, and makeup, of course.
Inner beauty is trickier, but you can work on both at Pretty Pretty Collective, a new salon-slash-gallery in the Mission.
Start with your tresses: Owner Georgia Howard and her team offer basic services (cut, color, blowouts) in any style (but always beautiful and healthy). Then nourish your artsy side with a dose of culture: It’s a satellite gallery for 111 Minna (next up: a local photography exhibit) and was designed with retractable hanging mirrors as an event space for fashion shows.
There’s also Four Barrel coffee at the ready and a handpicked selection of jewelry and clothing for sale. It’s the total package.
Pretty Pretty Collective, 3290 22nd Street, at Valencia Street (415-282-2002 or prettyprettycollective.com). Catch the opening of photography show People and Places, Saturday, 8 p.m.-midnight.
