The downsides of drinking too much coffee: jitters, $8 lattes, ’tude from mustachioed baristas.
The upside of Coffee n Cream Press: something longer lasting than milk foam to write your sweet nothings on.
Artist Leah Jachimowicz’s letterpress stationery and invitations toe the line between whimsy and reality: Her current designs include a playful take on the classic Susie Homemaker sewing machine, an old-fashioned telephone with the cheeky message “text me,” and very SF-feeling multicolored Victorians and telephone poles.
Jachimowicz promises more designs by the end of the month and will work closely with brides-to-be on luxe wedding invites. Cool beans.
Available at Viracocha, 998 Valencia Street, at 21st Street (415-374-7048 or viracochasf.com). To see styles or contact Jachimowicz to order directly, go to coffeencreampress.com.
