Tres romantique? Oui. Not only does the resto’s dark-wood, classic brasserie interior entice, but inspired Frenchy nibbles from chef Jamie Lauren, sparkling fresh oysters, and one of the best cocktail programs in the city elevate this from simple to stunner.

I have been to Absinthe a couple times and found it to be quite good. I would suggest calling ahead, especially for dinner or brunch, because the wait can be quite long at times. The food is a decent attempt at French fare.
