Let 'Er Strip

S Factor Studio Opens

You know how, sometimes, when you’ve just done an inverted pole trick in your six-inch Lucite heels and stripped off your naughty schoolgirl outfit, and you can’t quite figure out where to go from there?

Hate it when that happens.

Sheila Kelley can help you out of just such a jam when you take her S Factor classes at the new Marina studio on Filbert Street.

The workout, developed by Kelley herself after she prepared for her stripper role in Dancing at the Blue Iguana, promises serious changes for both the body and the mind. Expect a toned core, increased arm strength, and, of course, heightened sensuality.

An eight-week commitment for $440 isn’t cheap, but the physical workout is tailored to your own limitations, and it’ll seem like a bargain once you learn a few pole tricks. Also, the stripping part is optional. Disrobe down to your panties or keep your clothes on — however the spirit moves you.

In this case, not knowing what comes next is part of the fun.
