Spot On
Spotbear Productions Cards

The world is sadly split into two warring camps: logical left-brained thinkers (or, as the right-brained camp calls them, stick-up-their-butt number-crunchers) and creative right-brain thinkers (or, as the left-brainers call them, irrational loonies).
Educated in both biology and textile design, Lynne Willis is proof that ambi-brained thinking is the future of coolness. Spotbear Productions, her line of greeting cards and bookplates, unites top-of-the-line printing techniques with amazing creative flair.
Inspired by Victorian architecture, medieval illuminated manuscripts, and art deco images, the items are printed with hand-carved linoleum blocks on Italian mould-made paper and are embellished with Austrian crystals and Japanese ribbons. Recurring themes include animals (birds, cats, elephants) and intricate colorful designs.
They’re all just lovely, but we’re partial to the postcards, thank-you notes, and holiday cards, which provide ample proof that all types of thinking can harmonize.
In other words, they’re total no-brainers.
