To the Max
Max Utter Personal Trainer

What they say: If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
What you say: If it is broke, get someone real strong to fix it for you.
That’s where personal trainer Max Utter comes in. He’ll help you correct what’s going wrong with your workout, so you can reach your maximum fitness potential.
After assessing your movement, breathing, eating, and sleeping patterns (along with a brief anatomy lesson on Sam the Skeleton to correct your posture), Max creates a personalized workout.
His no-nonsense approach comes from training Olympic athletes, fifteen years experience, and a masters of science. Eighty-minute sessions combine hand-eye coordination and foot speed exercises, cardio (wind sprints and explosive drills at Crissy Field), stretching, and deep tissue massage to help muscles recuperate (he’s also a certified masseur).
He’ll even make a four- to six-week training DVD for those who prefer to help themselves.
You may want to pass on that option.
Until you’re put back together again.
