You Got Served

Greenleaf Platters

go greenleaf!

Why do we always hurt the ones we love?

Like resorting to neon cheese cubes and sweaty deli meats in the heat of feeding a crowd. Not to mention flipping the bird to Madre Earth by dumping plastic trays and containers.

Instead of lashing out, consider Greenleaf Platters, the latest from boutique caterer Hugh Groman.

GP delivers super-fresh, seasonal eats on chic, white ceramic platters an hour before your guests arrive. Which means no freaking over how to fit the food in the office minifridge or whether the mayo in the chicken salad has gone south.

Choose complete menus (simple breakfasts, picnic lunches) or a la carte items like tea sandwiches and veggie and vegan salads. The service is best for parties of twenty or more and has a $500 minimum.

You can also order disposable plates, cups, and cutlery made from biodegradable paper or corn, which they will take away for compost when they retrieve the platters.

Leaving no hard feelings when all is said and done.
