Joey: So a, Eddie, I been a thinkin’. Yous and I should open a joint here like a Carmine’s in Manhattan or Dominick’s in da Bronx. KnowwhatI’msayin’?
Eddie: Yeah, I say we take over that joint Moose’s on da park in North Beach and serve it up family style. Capiche?
Joey: Like I says, we go big — stuffed artichokes, rigatoni, linguine with clams, chicken Parmesan. Da classics. KnowwhatImean?
Eddie: What about da name? It’s a gotta be somethin’ good, ya know, somethin’ original.
Joey: Whatabouta “Joey’s”?
Eddie: Me, I was a thinkin’ “Eddie’s.”
Joey: Wise guy, huh? I’ll make a you a deal. We call it “Joey & Eddie’s.” Capiche?
Eddie: That’s it, Jo, gotta nice a ring to it.
Joey: Now let’s a talk money. You got the dough?
