Equipped with tradition, tools, and ingredients, Klein serves up hands-on lessons in mixing, shaping, and baking yeasty deliciousness. On the menu: crusty sourdough loaves, herb-filled focaccias, crispy crackers, and bagels. With fifteen years of experience under her apron, she ensures that all participants get a bun in the oven (literally).
