Resembling a breezy Hamptons beach cottage, the white surf ’n’ turf bungalow is decked out with wicker chairs and orchids for a laid-back vibe. Downs listens carefully to your follicular desires and offers his advice, so you leave with a cut that suits your needs, whether that’s a perfect bob or long, feathery layers.
