Flying under the radar since March, the Georgetown joint makes sweet and savory fillings, as well as pecan sticky rolls and lime shortbread cookie sandwiches filled with dulce de leche.
Why: Flaky crusts — made from butter and duck fat — support tart blueberry slices and chicken pot pie.

Supra Tidal
What:
Artist Matt Sellars visited West Seattle beaches in the supratidal zone (above the high-water mark), collecting debris, drawing, and observing the landscape, wind, and weather.
Why: The excursions led to handmade terra-cotta dingies, cloud formations carved from wood, and pencil sketches with journal-like text.
When: Thru May 7. Wed.-Sat., 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
