Seattle’s Most Wanted
Name: Goes by alias Li’l Woody, a notoriously hairy, overall-clad, burger-loving character.
Last-known whereabouts: Opening this week on the mean streets of Capitol Hill, possibly somewhere near Pine and Melrose.
Crime: Fronting a new, locally focused burger joint with armed-and-dangerous prices. According to reports, the entire menu is less than $10.
Known accomplices: Chef Marcus Lalario (of local haunts HG Lodge, Captain Black’s, Molly Moon’s, and others).
Trademarks: Half a dozen inventive takes on the classic made from fresh Painted Hills Farm patties. Be on the lookout for the highly anticipated Fig & Pig, topped with Boat Street pickled figs, Painted Hills Farm bacon, and crumbled Gorgonzola. Or create your own combo. Also on the lam: fries cut from Northwest potatoes and to-die-for milk shakes blended with Molly Moon’s ice cream.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the authorities immediately.
