The menu of barrel-aged cocktails even includes a 100-proof moonshine from local distillery 2Bar Spirits that goes down smooth as a Southern drawl.

Soak up the demon drink with bites from the seasonally driven menu of market pub food, such as cornflake-crusted chicken livers; pork cheek stew with smoked cheddar, scallions, and Fritos; and crispy beef lip terrine. Smoked meats are abundant and pair well with the dark spirits.
