School Daze
Eco Encore

Your friends make tapas for parties; you still get stoked about Jell-O shots. They get riled up about foreign policy; you get riled up about the Cougs.
We get it. You liked college. A lot. But if you were wondering why you never seal the deal at your place? Dude, you sleep on a futon. On your floor.
Here’s an excuse to clean up your act: Eco Encore, an organization that sells your old books, CDs, and DVDs to benefit environmental nonprofits.
Purge your CD collection (ciao Dido and anything by Dave Matthews), then move on to DVDs (ditch Daredevil; keep Pootie Tang for posterity). Meanwhile, the bookshelf will be a breeze. (Freshman year textbooks? Forget about it.)
Drop everything off at the downtown warehouse, where it’ll get posted on Amazon or eBay. At that point, whether anyone wants to buy your copy of Sex for Dummies won’t matter.
Because you certainly gave it the old college try.
Eco Encore, 900 First Avenue, suite 408 (206-297-6995 or ecoencore.org).
