Grobal Vision

After going nutters at the nursery, you showered your houseplants with TLC. For a week.

Mary, Mary, quite contrary, you’ve really let your garden go.

Don’t trash your catatonic cacti just yet. Try an emergency transplant to a Grobal, a mod little container that literally waters itself.

The Karim Rashid-designed sphere was made for those whose nature isn’t to nurture. Fill the reservoir with water, pop in the accompanying soil disk, load up the grow chamber with soil, and toss in any three- to four-inch plant. You’ll have to keep an eye on the water level, but need only top it about once a month.

Grobals come in shiny, Skittles-esque shades like bubblegum, tangerine, and mint. Plus they have detachable bottoms so you can mix and match.

And line ’em up like pretty maids in a row.
