The last time you were spotted double-fisting, you ended up singing “I Will Survive” at karaoke with two Australian backpackers and a multitattooed bartender named Mark.
Two Beers Brewery Co. gives you a chance for a more civilized reprise. The new Fremont craft brewery turns out perfect-for-summer brews, like the refreshing 20:20 Blonde and the coriander-and-orange-peel-flavored Belgian Wit.
After concocting libations in his home for years, brewmaster Joel VandenBrink decided to follow his dream and go full-time. His signature blend is the Immersion Amber, a slightly sweet and hoppy ale that complements any barbecue. Later this year, he’s planning Echo IPA and Jive Porter.
Because as you well know, two beers are always better than one.
Available on tap at The Park Pub, 6114 Phinney Avenue North (206-789-8187 or parkpub.net); by the keg and growler at Two Beers Brewery Co., 819 North 49th Street, suite 107 (206-274-9353 or twobeersbrewery.com).
