What: Celebrate France’s national holiday with a traditional bal des pompiers (firemen’s ball), music, wine tasting, crepes, and delicious demos from chefs Thierry Rautureau (Rover’s) and Philippe Thomelin (Olive Tree Catering).

Shakespeare in the Park
What: Seattle Shakespeare Company kicks off its free outdoor production of Romeo and Juliet followed by A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

TASTE
Luxury Chocolate Salon
What: An artisan chocolate extravaganza that features presentations and samplings from Petits Noirs, KeKau Chocolatier, and many other confectioners, including local favorites Theo and Dilettante.
Why: Sate that sweet tooth.
