Going into Detail
Sunja Link Clothing

Often the most telling details are the ones that are missing. No wedding ring: fair game. No panties: attention starved. No ink (in Seattle): a true rebel.
But in other cases, it’s all about the details.
Take Sunja Link’s fall collection. Dolman sleeves, A-line coats, and flowing dresses exude simplicity and structure. Though Link’s tailoring is architectural, her fabrics — she uses only wool, silk, and cotton — never appear overly prim.
The line is full of gorgeous nuances: Understated embellishment abides in miniature pewter buttons or visible stitching to enhance shape; both lend the Vancouver line a bohemian, albeit bookish, bent. Wear the Reverse Silk Dress with your hair all mussed so as not to seem too buttoned up.
After all, the devil is in the details.
