Impulse owner Jill Wenger’s second boutique is touching down, too, opening on Western Avenue tomorrow. Formerly only online, Totokaelo — from the Latin toto caelo, meaning by the whole extent of the heavens — brings Wenger’s singular inventory into a beautiful setting, with dressing rooms.

Slip into Nuj Novakhett, Zero + Maria Cornejo, Isabel Marant, and Y’s by Yohji Yamamoto behind elegant antique doors. (Brass costume sequins spell out Try On above the rooms, glitzing up the stark space.)

Or step into Elsa, Opening Ceremony, and Rachel Comey footwear beneath a black wood firmament.

You’ll find the whole experience uplifting.
