Pit-stop at the now open Citizen in LQA. Set in half of what was neighbor Werner’s Crash Shop, the new cafe underwent a complete overhaul.

Lighthouse coffee, beer, and wine (available by the bottle for takeout, too) provide tasty ways to refuel. You may want to loosen your belt for sophisticated crepes — both savory (apple-smoked bacon, sharp white cheddar and basil doused in maple syrup) and sweet (lemon curd and strawberry) — or Vietnamese sandwiches.

Test-drive the outdoor picnic tables, steel counter stools with a street view on the main floor, or orange upholstered theater seats in the cozy loft alcove.
