Tonight’s Menu

Amuse bouche: a monthly goulash of art, music, and food prepared by emerging local talents and served in locations like backyards, warehouses, vacant lots, or airplane hangars.

Appetizer: Whet your appetite with musicians selected by The New Guard collaborators Damien and Sarah Jurado. Tomorrow night, members of The Final Spins sing for your supper.

Entree: Whitney Ricketts selects chefs from Seattle restaurants (The Corson Building, Cantinetta, and Spring Hill among them) to prepare a four-course meal. Tuesday evening sit down to pasta, porchetta, and more from Italophile Joel Cox (he trained in Italy with Dario Cecchini).

Dessert: Artist Joey Veltkamp curates compatriots’ wares. Treat yourself to September’s artist Troy Gua.

Digestivo: To wash it all back you’ll have to BYOB.
