Former fashion editor Eviana Hartman is a girl after our own hearts. On the eve of NYC Fashion Week, we asked the eco designer for a few of her favorite things.

	She Wears the Pants I always wear our fall ’09 Jedi pants ($170). I’m not a pants person, but I live in these. They’re the softest organic jersey and feel like pajamas but look cool, tailored, and dressy.
	Comey Hither I have my eye on Rachel Comey’s raincoat with the rounded shoulder overlay piece and built-in belt (to preorder, call Frances May, 503-227-3402; $579).
	Get a Leg Up I love to wear crazy tights in winter. My favorites are black and lavender geometric-printed ones from Gaspard Yurkievich and a spotted pair by Hansel from Basel ($42).
	Hot Plate I just got a beautiful abstract plate ($14-$48) from Tortoise General Store, a Japanese housewares shop in Venice, California. I pretty much want everything it has.
	Hit the Costa I’m going to Costa Rica with my boyfriend this spring, and I can’t wait. I don’t know exactly where we’re going yet, so any suggestions are welcome!
