What: Rid yourself of last year’s samskaras (habits) and settle into healthier ones at the extended session ($13).

What: Both Monsoon locations host celebratory, multicourse prix fixe meals ($50-$90).
Why: Sample Kusshi oysters, Moulard duck, and black sesame sticky rice dumplings in Capitol Hill or Wagyu beef tartare, rainbow trout, and coconut amaretto bread pudding in Bellevue.

What: The much-anticipated upscale burger joint from the folks behind Quinn’s and Restaurant Zoe launches in Fremont.
