Why: An undulating zigzag of yellow thread occupies the headspace above the gallery stairwell.

Sun Liquor Bar and Distillery
What: The beloved Capitol Hill watering hole debuts its second venue with gin hoppers in the back and a mini menu of burgers and thin-cut fries.
Why: A curvy birch bar, cozy booths, and the promise (sometime soon) to sample the fruits of the distillery (still in process), such as gin, cherry liqueur, and creme de violette.

What: Calidora Skin Clinic teams up with high-end downtown gym Zum (pronounced zoom) for an evening of free mini skin treatments and a peek at the beauty lab.
Why: A schwag bag of skin potions, complimentary one-week pass to the gym, raffle, and wine with appetizers.

Bath Salts and Foot Soaks
What: Herbalist Katya Difani teaches you to blend essential oils and loose herbs to create therapeutic remedies.
