Gardenias - High Light

Here you’ll find a selection of our favorite apartment-conducive plants. In this case, “high light” means direct sunlight, and “low light” refers to indirect.

Unfortunately, if you’ve got a windowless room (we’ve been there, done that), you may still have to go to the park for your daily dose.

Check out some of our favorite plant vendors: Sprout Home, Liberty Sunset Garden Center, Union Square Greenmarket, Plantworks, and Logee’s Tropical Plants. For more tips on growing plants in an NYC apartment, watch our video.
